Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Technical QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our Exposure Management platform.
This role is ideal for a technical Manual QA Engineer with experience testing cybersecurity, networking, or cloud-based products. You will work closely with Development, Product, and Support teams to validate new features, investigate complex issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
This position also offers the opportunity to grow into test automation, making it ideal for engineers with basic scripting skills who are interested in expanding their automation capabilities.
Manual Testing & Quality Assurance
Design and execute manual test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
Validate new features, bug fixes, and product releases.
Technical Investigation
Investigate application, networking, and security-related issues.
Analyze logs to identify root causes.
Test APIs using Postman or similar tools.
Work closely with Development and Support teams to resolve complex issues.
Automation
Write basic scripts using Python, Bash, or similar languages to improve testing efficiency.
Contribute to the team's test automation initiatives over time.
