As a Program Manager, youll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind our flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across our products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects within the Trustworthy Personalization (TP13n) organization, specifically driving the Universal Profile (UniPro) roadmap.
Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact, focusing on foundational identity boundaries and personalization models.
Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and technical dependencies across Engineering, Product, Data Science (DS) and User Experience Researcher (UXR).
Build alliances with cross-organization (GIE) stakeholders to untangle ambiguous architectural requirements and establish clear milestones, delivery phases, and launch criteria for AI surfaces.
Implement communication standards across the portfolio, identifying and mitigating critical path risks (privacy, compliance, resourcing) proactively to executive leadership.
