Our salesforce Division is looking for an experienced salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled salesforce professional to design and implement business solutions on the salesforce platform. The role requires hands-on experience in business analysis, system configuration, implementation, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements and implement solutions on the salesforce platform.
* Configure and maintain automations, fields, objects, and reports.
* Train and support end users on new business processes and system capabilities.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to internal users.
* Prepare functional specification and system analysis documentation.

Requirements:
Must have:
* 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a salesforce Implementation Specialist.
* Proven experience working with salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and security configurations.
* Strong knowledge of either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
* Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
* Strong self-learning skills and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
Nice to have:
* Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
* salesforce certifications such as salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
