Salesforce Implementer

abra's Salesforce division is seeking a Senior Salesforce Implementer to join our team .

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce implementer who will independently design and implement the Salesforce system within the organization. The role requires expertise in building complex processes and implementing advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the Salesforce system in the organization.
• Planning and executing customization and configuration of the system to meet client needs.
• Implementing AI capabilities and innovative technologies in the organizational solution.
• Providing independent solutions to complex technological and procedural challenges.
• Training and supporting users on the new system.

Must have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end system implementation processes independently.
• Experience in implementing complex solutions within the Salesforce system.
• High capacity for independent work.
• Systemic view and broad business understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
• Experience working with: Salesforce, AI Tools.

Nice to have:

• High self-learning ability.
• Experience working with AI tools within the Salesforce environment.
• Familiarity with the automotive/leasing industry (Freesbe).
