Salesforce Implementer

abra's Salesforce division is seeking a Salesforce Implementer to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer who designs and implements solutions within the Salesforce system. The role requires expertise and experience working with business interfaces and requirements definition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing configurations, adaptations, and implementations in the Salesforce system according to organizational needs.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technological solutions on the platform.
• Ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize work processes.
• Supporting and maintaining existing automation processes and creating new ones.
• Training users and implementing new features in the system.

Must have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation
• Experience working with Business interfaces and defining requirements
• In-depth familiarity with the system's Declarative tools
• Proactive approach and ability to independently drive processes
• Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills
• High self-learning and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment
• Relevant Salesforce certifications
