One of the largest insurance agencies in the country, with a fun, enjoyable work environment and challenging tasks, is recruiting a Campaign Manager specializing in Google.
This is an opportunity to grow and develop in the field through exciting and significant projects with performance-based marketing strategies. Youll join a supportive and fun team where every day is a chance to learn and lead.
Position Details:
Full proficiency in Google and META advertising systems; experience with Taboola and Outbrain is an advantage.
Ongoing optimization, including data analysis and drawing actionable conclusions.
Managing dynamic projects and campaigns with A/B testing and advanced tools like GA4 and GTM.

Requirements:
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google platforms with both high and low monthly budgets.
Full knowledge and experience with Google and META advertising systems.
Knowledge and experience with Taboola and Outbrain.
Marketing-oriented mindset, passion for numbers, and strong data analysis skills.
Proficiency in implementing through Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, audience building, pixels, and more.
Knowledge and experience in creating BI dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio).
Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
Knowledge of SQL - an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills.
Positive energy, creativity, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Familiarity with the insurance industry - an advantage.
