our company Information Technologies is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist! We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong passion for technology, people, and sourcing, to join our professional and dynamic recruitment team. About the role:
* End-to-end recruitment for technology positions
* Active sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn and additional platforms
* Hands-on work with LinkedIn Recruiter Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Close collaboration with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders Working as part of a collaborative recruitment team

Requirements:
* at least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment - mandatory
* Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting - mandatory
* Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter mandatory
* Experience recruiting for security / defense-related roles - strong advantage
* Experience working with an ATS - advantage for experience with Comeet
* Experience working with clients / outsourcing recruitment models - advantage
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
