Our award-winning CPQ and Revenue Platform offers the most complete and connected revenue workflow for sales organizations. We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources student who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and sourcing within a fast-growing global SaaS company. Key Responsibilities
* Support the full recruitment cycle across various roles in the company.
* Manage interview coordination, scheduling, and communication with candidates.
* Conduct sourcing on LinkedIn and additional platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
* Maintain organized candidate pipelines and update the ATS.
* Assist in HR administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
* Current student in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences 3rd year.
* Availability for at least 2-3 workdays per week Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* High interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and excellent communication abilities.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in sourcing/recruiting - an advantage
* High level of English.
