HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the business by partnering closely with leaders to address strategic challenges and drive organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering data -driven insights, strengthening leadership capability, and championing the organizations values, culture, and HR service delivery model. * Partner closely with business leaders and employees to strengthen engagement, improve collaboration, and drive productivity and retention
* Provide strategic workforce insights by analyzing people trends and metrics, contributing to workforce and talent strategy

* Identify and consult on successors for key roles, supporting succession planning and talent continuity
