!An international design studio is looking for an Account Manager

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading global brands, manage client relationships, and be part of a creative and dynamic environment

Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer -

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our designs and solutions, according to show regulations -
and customer needs and objectives, within a team

Responsible for integrating new clients, develop existing client relationships and generate upsells -

Provide customer service and Technical Support, optimizing the account -

Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry -

Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction -

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English -

Fluency in French or German language is a plus -

Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and follow-up -

Effective sales and negotiation skills to achieve business goals -

Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year -

:Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field-
Experience with international clients and exhibitions is a plus -
