we are a fast-growing fintech company, and were looking for a Data Analyst to join us, dive deep into data, and make smart decisions that move the business forward.

What youll do:
Design and implement smart data controls to ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting
Own validation processes for regulatory data, including reporting to the Bank of Israel
Identify data gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies-and drive solutions
Build dashboards and monitoring tools to track data quality and control
Collaborate with Data, Finance, Risk, Product, and teams to ensure alignment and compliance

Requirements:
Who you are:
A data person - but first a people person
Not afraid of challenges and willing to work hard to get things done right
Analytical, curious, with strong business understanding
Independent, yet highly collaborative
High attention to detail and data validation mindset
What you bring:
SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve data analysis, validation, or automation processes
Advanced Excel skills
Advantage: experience in fintech / financial services
