Account Manager - Restaurants

As an account manager, you will join our Restaurant Development team, acting as a strategic partner for our existing restaurant partners. You wont just be "managing accounts"-you will be a growth consultant, using data to help restaurants optimize their operations, improve their menu, and maximize their profitability and sales on the company platform. This role combines data-driven work with regular field activity, including 2 days per week of in-person meetings with restaurant partners.
What youll be doing
Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio
Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants
Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies
Be a visible partner in the field: You will dedicate 2 days a week to face-to-face meetings with your partners and build stronger relationships.
Actively drive sales growth and leveraging our company's various promotional tools
Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues
Collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs
Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis.
