Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a dynamic recruiting team and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

? What youll do:
Provide end-to-end coordination support to the recruitment process
Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and update ATS systems
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process
Coordinate candidate travel and handle expense reimbursements
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
Manage job requisitions, approvals, and documentation
Support offer letters and onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in HR / recruitment coordination - preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive, assertive, and service-oriented mindset
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and initiative
