Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Manager to support the Product Owner.
This role will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of operational processes behind Entains global offers strategy. The Operations Manager will act as the backbone of delivery, coordinating between teams, safeguarding compliance and accuracy, and ensuring that all new customer promotional offers run smoothly from planning to execution.

Responsibilities
Offers Execution & Support: Manage the day-to-day operational delivery of organic and enhanced offers, ensuring accurate set-up, timely execution, and smooth go-live processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central liaison between the Product Owner, performance marketing, compliance, legal, and proposition teams, ensuring flawless communication and alignment.
Process Management: Develop and maintain structured workflows and checklists for offer approvals, testing, documentation, and tracking. Ensure all processes are followed and continuously improved.
Testing & QA: Leverage SQL to support the validation and quality assurance of offers by coordinating test plans, overseeing execution, and identifying any data or attribution discrepancies.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory and compliance standards across the UK market. Proactively monitor changes and escalate potential risks.
Data & Reporting: Assist in monitoring funnel performance and offer impact, preparing reports and dashboards for the Product Owner and leadership teams using Power-BI.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of troubleshooting for operational or system issues during offer execution, escalating to relevant teams when needed.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date records of all offers and processes. Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility and easy access to relevant information.
