We are looking for a sharp, independent and driven Technology Recruiter to join our growing team in the northern branch.
In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and helping us attract top technological talent across multiple domains.
Responsibilities
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes - from role definition to offer stage
Working closely with hiring managers and acting as a strategic recruitment partner
Sourcing and identifying candidates through LinkedIn and additional sourcing channels
Managing candidates and pipelines through the Comeet recruitment system
Conducting interviews and leading recruitment processes independently
Building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in technological recruitment
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment systems (Comeet - advantage)
Experience working directly with hiring managers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly independent, proactive, and confident personality with the ability to push processes forward
