InterContinental Jerusalem, part of IHG Hotels Resorts, is seeking an Executive Sales Manager to develop the corporate, embassy, and local market segments. The role focuses on strengthening business relationships, expanding the hotels presence in Jerusalem, and driving revenue from international and local accounts across transient and group segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow corporate, embassy, and local market accounts
Generate new business in transient and group segments
Build partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia, and corporate clients
Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve sales targets
Represent the hotel in client meetings and industry events
Monitor market trends and identify new revenue opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in an international or upscale property
Strong background in account management, corporate sales, or inbound tourism
Proven ability to generate revenue and build long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with Opera PMS and Cvent is an advantage
Fluent English and Hebrew required; additional languages are an advantage
