This is an exciting role for someone passionate about gaming, mobile advertising, strategy, and relationship-building. Youll play a key part in managing client needs while contributing to regional growth targets in mobile monetization and performance UA advertising.
What you'll be doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their main point of contact to drive campaign performance and deliver on revenue goals.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unitys solutions across platforms, while proactively addressing client needs and campaign challenges.
Partner with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertiser goals.
Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
Represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and position as a UA and monetization leader.

Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, particularly in user acquisition or monetization.
A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive optimization strategies.
Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Solid presentation skills and confidence in leading performance reviews with clients.
Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, particularly in user acquisition or monetization.
A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive optimization strategies.
Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
