* Design, develop, and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
* Lead the creation of training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
* Conduct needs assessments and analyze skill gaps to tailor learning initiatives for different business units.
* Manage the full lifecycle of training programs, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback tools.
* Stay updated on industry trends and innovative learning technologies to continuously improve offerings.
* Support leadership development programs and talent management initiatives.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Masters degree - an advantage).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or training management roles.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with digital learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
