We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to support our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
Screen and assess candidate qualifications and experience.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
Proven experience handling challenging searches and developing effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
Strong analytical skills - track and evaluate sourcing results using data.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and creative search methods.
staying up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices in sourcing.
Excellent time management - prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and personalized outreach messages that effectively connect with candidates.
