This is a key position at the intersection of data, technology, and business managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, and leading organization-wide processes in a complex, dynamic, and forward-looking environment.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and AI-driven products
Identify business needs and translate them into measurable product requirements
Lead discovery and design processes in collaboration with users and business stakeholders
Manage backlog and prioritize features based on business value and impact
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Data Science teams
Ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle (QA, rollout, adoption)
Data, ML & GenAI
Define data layers, metrics, and intelligent models (ML)
Design, manage, and implement GenAI-based solutions (e.g., language models, chatbots, generative automation, and more)
Measure results, run experiments (A/B testing), and drive continuous improvement
Define business KPIs and translate insights into data-driven actions
Cross-Organizational Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with business units, regulation, actuarial, risk, digital, service, and other teams
Lead cross-organizational processes within a large and complex enterprise
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and present business insights
