Data & AI Product Manager | Mertens Malam Team | Central Israel

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Data & AI Product Manager for a leading financial organization in Central Israel. The role focuses on driving business objectives through data, AI, and measurable product impact.

Responsibilities:

Lead business objectives End-to-End, from identifying challenges and opportunities through production and measurable impact

Analyze data to identify failures, gaps, and business opportunities

Define and implement ML and GenAI solutions within core business processes

Define KPIs and Evaluation methodologies

Collaborate closely with Data Science teams

Work directly with business users to understand needs and drive effective solutions

Coordinate across Data, Development, UX, and business teams within a large and complex organization

Requirements:

At least three years of End-to-End product management experience in a commercial company

Proven experience leading a GenAI or ML-based product, feature, or process through production

Experience working with data, including data analysis, metric definition, and data-driven decision-making

High level of independence and ability to present complex products and their business impact concisely

Familiarity with SQL and Python - an advantage
