This is a strategic, hands-on role thats all about finding amazing people and giving them an unforgettable candidate experience. You'll co-lead hiring across Simply and own full-cycle recruitment, helping us scale with purpose and heart.
You'll be a key partner in shaping our employer brand, culture, and everything else it takes to attract and hire top talent in a creative, mission-driven environment.

Brings 4+ years of hands-on & strategic recruitment experience (bonus points for tech hiring).

Has strong project management skills knows how to structure, prioritize, and collaborate to meet hiring goals.
Is people-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
