The opportunity

The Modernization lead, part of API Global MS&T team, will translate TAPI business needs, identify relevant digital use cases and define the digital strategy road map and vision, in line with the business strategy.
Modernization project will start initially at lighthouse, pilot sites and later will deploy across the entire TAPI network.
The modernization lead will oversee the entire lifecycle of modernization project, starting from conceptualization, identification and development of different digital use cases, creation of an implementation plan and follow up execution.
Modernization lead will also act as PMO, coordinate between all functions and technical teams (Operation, engineering, IT, quality), facilitate implementation efforts to achieve high-quality and on-time delivery of use cases and prioritization.
Facilitate decision making process based on data analysis, resourceless mapping and prioritization.
The position will be responsible to provide operational and technical guidance to site teams and global functions, support in selecting and designing the relevant platform and methodology and create standardization

How you’ll spend your day
Define the digital strategy in line with business strategy.
Create and deploy digital use case roadmap across the network.
Act as a PMO for the digital team facilitating collaboration and tracking advancement of initiatives.
Ensure alignment between sites, global functions, technical teams and management by creating supportive platforms, routines and communication channels.
Identify and facilitate prioritization of digital use case needs, providing visibility to the rest of the team on the prioritization.
Create the correct sense of urgency for delivery, map process flows, identify gap and risks to reach targets, create mitigation plan.
Explore suitable tools and establish the methodologies for data collection and analysis, advanced algorithm solutions, visualization along with Global and local functions (IT, Engineering, QA, MS&T)
Implement data lake and visualization platform across the network.
Explore suitable back-bone hardware, suitable software and supportive IT architecture that will enable to facilitate the modernization plan and vision.
Take part in finding, exploring, and implementing innovation technology solution (for example: PAT online, continues technologies) and automation in production environment.
Map skills and capabilities, create a training plan, knowledge sharing environment and platforms.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Quality ICH guidelines and regulations in all proposed solutions, maintaining rigorous documentation and validation as required.
Your experience and qualifications
B.Sc. in chemical/ biotechnology / Industrial engineering with demonstrated competence in statistics Data Science
Or B.Sc in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field or similar with demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar industry.
5-10 years of experience leading product management with 3+ years in management/executive role.
Experience in manufacturing IT and/or OT environments is an advantage.
Experience in Industry driving digital transformation programs in industrial environment.
Understanding and experience in data collection and analysis, advanced algorithm solutions and visualization.
Understanding and experience in following aspects will be an advantage:
Experience in designing and running big data on Azure/Other cloud environment for data collection and analysis.
Experience with JMP/JMP Pro software for data analysis
Data Mining and SQL: Knowledge in Extraction and analyzing data from various sources using advanced data mining techniques and SQL.
Design and develop personalized recommendation algorithms to optimize device usage and enhance better control and better process robustness and yield.
Anomaly Detection: Knowledge in /Create models capable of identifying unusual patterns or outliers in manufacturing data to enhance early detection of potential health risks.
Time Series Forecasting: Knowledge in machine learning techniques to create models that can predict future trends based on historical manufacturing data (Pyton, else)
Familiar with DCS/SCADA/PLC control systems and Automation solution
Fluent in English
