AI Digital Innovation team lead

We are looking for an AI Digital Innovation team lead to spearhead our organization's digital transformation, establishing Artificial Intelligence as a core business and organizational capability. This is a cross-organizational, strategic role that combines deep business acumen, enterprise-wide change management, the implementation of advanced AI technologies, and the acceleration of AI adoption across the company. The position carries broad responsibility and significant systemic impact, working in close partnership with senior leadership, business units, and corporate headquarters functions

Technical Business AI Acumen: Practical understanding of Generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI tools within the Microsoft environment.

Executive Presence: Proven track record working directly with senior management and managing complex, multi-stakeholder matrix environments.
