Mylo isn't just another dating app. It's an AI matchmaker built to find love - and we need an AI & Technology Transformation Manager to ensure our internal culture, systems, workflows, and tools move as fast as the AI technology we build. Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. As we expand into the U.S., we expect every department — from product and engineering to marketing, HR, and ops — to work with AI natively. You will lead this mission, integrating cutting-edge technology, automation, and AI workflows across the entire organization.

What You'll Do

• Drive AI-First Operations: Audit, design, and implement AI-driven workflows and tools across engineering, product, marketing, HR, and customer operations to maximize speed and quality.
• Implement Enterprise Tech & Automation: Identify, test, and deploy emerging AI tools, LLM APIs, and internal automation (via platforms like n8n, Zapier, custom scripts, or internal bots).
• Champion AI Adoption: Lead hands-on workshops, training sessions, and continuous education to elevate the team’s fluency in prompting, workflow automation, and tool leverage.
• Optimize Cross-Functional Tech Stack: Partner with tech leads, CFO, and product management to streamline company software infrastructure and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Measure Impact & ROI: Establish clear benchmarks and KPIs to measure productivity gains, cost efficiencies, and velocity improvements from AI initiatives.

Who You Are

• Experienced: Proven track record in operational management, tech transformation, or tech consulting within fast-paced tech companies or startups.
• Technically Fluent & AI-Obsessed: Deep hands-on experience with modern AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), workflow automation, API integrations, and low-code/no-code stacks.
• A Process Architecture Specialist: You can break down complex business processes, spot inefficiencies instantly, and redesign them into streamlined automated flows.
• An Inspiring Change Agent: Exceptional communication and leadership skills — you know how to teach, convince, and guide teams to adopt new ways of working smoothly.
• A Startup Operator: You execute independently, solve ambiguous operational challenges, and deliver high impact rapidly.

Bonus Points: Background in software engineering, technical program management (TPM), custom LLM application development, or experience scaling ops in hyper-growth startups.
