SW Infrastructure Team Lead

We seek a highly skilled Software Team Lead to drive our infrastructure initiatives. This role involves working closely with DevOps and development teams to enhance velocity and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience leading infrastructure/platform teams.

Hands-on experience in introducing new backend technologies and code infrastructure with wide impact on developers.

Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, preferably AWS and K8s

Proficiency in a major backend language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.).

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

Build a high-scale backend infrastructure capable of serving millions of users.
Lead end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment, focusing on reducing time-to-market.
Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to optimize processes, enhance system reliability, and improve developer velocity.
Experiment with and integrate new technologies, tools, and third-party frameworks to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
Work with a tech stack that includes AWS, Kubernetes, Node.js, TypeScript, Redis, and MySQL.
