Web & Mobile Team Lead

Development web and mobile Team Lead 7+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years leading a team, ideally across both web and mobile. Track record of owning a consumer or B2B2C/B2C application end to end rchitecture, app-store release, post-launch iteration. Hands-on production experience with React or Angular, native or wrapped mobile, Node, Mongo or Postgres, Kubernetes, AWS, CDNs, at meaningful scale. Experience with event-based product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment) and ensuring the app meets business requirements for analytical insights.

Comfortable operating as one team among several, with shared platforms and contracts you don't unilaterally control. Client Team Lead (Web & Mobile) At least 5 years of hands-on frontend development experience, with expert-level knowledge of modern web frameworks (preferably React). 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead Proven experience in mobile development (Android/iOS), providing the technical foundation needed to manage a multi-platform team. Strongly product-oriented with a keen eye for UI/UX design and experience collaborating with design teams to build user-centric products.

Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in consumer-facing mobile apps, gaming, or entertainment. Excellent skills in presenting technical subjects and insights to stakeholders.
