Set the technical bar: code review culture, architecture decisions, engineering standards.
Stay hands-on — write and review code, unblock hard problems, and be the escalation point.

Drive architecture end to end — web, mobile, SDK, backend, APIs — supporting both app and platform modes of operation.
Own app performance, reliability, release quality and the mobile app store lifecycle.
Balance consumer product work against the operator and admin tooling our customers depend on. Both matter; neither should starve the other.
