Lead the development and strategy of AI/GenAI products that drive business value and enhance customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Define AI Product Strategy aligned with business goals
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and guide decisions
Transform business challenges into AI-driven solutions
Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch
Build and prioritize product roadmap based on data and feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, operations)
Partner with startups on POCs, testing and scaling solutions
Ensure products are user-friendly and deliver measurable impact
Promote responsible AI adoption
Ideal Candidate:
Curious, passionate team player who learns quickly, takes ownership, and moves fast from idea to execution.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to AI, GenAI, or data -driven products.
Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools and frameworks (GPT, Gemini, Base44, Azure AI Studio, Bedrock).
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and managing end-to-end product delivery.
Experience in financial, fintech, or insurance environments- an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data -driven decisions under tight deadlines.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of inspiring diverse stakeholders and aligning them around a shared vision.
Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset- always exploring new tools and AI capabilities.
Team player with humility, accountability, and a get-things-done attiude
