AI Product Manager

AI Product Manager team and help shape the platform enterprises use to build, run, optimize and govern AI agents in production. Define how any skill, script or runbook, whether built with Claude, Codex, LangChain or any other harness, becomes a production-ready agent. That includes how fleets of agents run at scale on any cloud and with any model, sharing memory and a living knowledge graph, and how they're continuously optimized for quality, speed and cost through golden scenarios, shadow experiments and model routing. It also means making sure every agent operates within the permissions, guardrails and approval gates the customer defines.

Work directly with customers, solution architects and R&D leads, and translate complex AI and infrastructure tradeoffs into a sharp product strategy. Work on the product roadmap execution, aligned with Company's mission and customer needs Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive Company's AI to success Conduct thorough market research, close work with sales teams and customer calls to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI integrations Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and customers Define KPIs around AI capabilities and utilize data-driven insights to make decisions and product iterations Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with a proven background as a Software Engineer / Developer prior to transitioning into product management. Significant hands-on software development experience, ideally within cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, microservices, or AI-driven solutions. A data-driven mindset with the ability to approach challenges strategically and identify impactful solutions.

You know to operate independently, move quickly, and keep work organized. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities to drive product success.
