AI & Data Product Manager

AI & Data Product Manager | Leading Financial Organization | Central Israel

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced AI & Data Product Manager to lead Data, AI, and GenAI products that directly impact core business processes.

This role combines end-to-end product ownership, hands-on work with data, and the delivery of ML and GenAI solutions to production. We're looking for a Product Manager who can deeply understand a business problem, analyze the underlying data, define the right solution, and drive it through production to measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Own products and business objectives end-to-end, from problem discovery through production and measurable impact
• Define and implement Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions across core business processes
• Analyze business processes and data to identify problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and evaluation methodologies for AI solutions
• Work closely with business users to uncover the real need behind each request
• Collaborate closely with Data Science and Development teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Data, Engineering, UX, and business teams
• Drive data-informed product decisions
• Take AI solutions from discovery and definition through implementation and real-world adoption

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience in a commercial company – required
• Proven experience leading a GenAI or ML-based product, feature, or process all the way to production – required
• Experience working with data, including data analysis, defining metrics, and making data-driven decisions – required
• Ability to independently own and drive complex products and business challenges
• Strong ability to translate complex business processes into product and technology solutions
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex products and their business impact
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Advantages

• Working knowledge of SQL and Python for querying, exploring, and analyzing data
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics
• Background in Insurance, Financial Services, Pensions, or FinTech
• Experience working within a large, matrixed organization
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, such as automations, prototypes, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools
