Direct reporting to the CEO
OMC Group, a global tech company specializing in cloud solutions and experiencing significant growth, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join us and lead the companys recruitment strategy.

About the Role:
You will manage the recruitment and HR functions in the company with a strong focus on developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, primarily for tech roles.
Work closely with the executive team and lead processes in a dynamic, global, and challenging environment with plenty of room to initiate, influence, and create impact.

Requirements:
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment management, including managing recruitment coordinators required
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage end-to-end processes
Experience with high-volume recruitment a strong advantage
Passion for people, attention to detail, and a desire to grow with the company

Location: Kiryat Bialik
