We specialize in recruiting top talent across a wide range of high-tech roles, including QA, Embedded Developers, DevOps, software engineers, Hardware Engineers, AI/ML Specialists, Cloud Architects, and more. Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify and attract top talent in the tech industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation.
* Conducting phone and HR interviews
* Phone interview reviews.
* Collaborate with technical recruiting managers.
* Negotiate contracts with candidates.
* Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
* Maintain and expand our talent pipeline.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in high-tech recruitment.
* Proven track record in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong sales and marketing abilities.
* Experience in contract negotiation.
* In-depth understanding of diverse technologies across various high-tech development fields.
* Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
