In this role, you will play a key part in identifying trends and supporting data -driven decisions that enhance service performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and consolidate service-related data from various systems ( CRM, BI, Call Center platforms, etc.).
* Analyze service performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
* Develop dashboards and reports for service teams and management.
* Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in service operations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, IS, Customer Support) to drive data -driven decisions.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
