Overview
This position requires extensive experience ( at least 10 years) in program management, business development and technical know how in army mobile units as well as the defense industry eco-system major defense army/ground systems prime contractors in Israel and Rest of the world.
Strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced and challenging environment .
The Program Manager reports to the Sr. Director who manages the Close Range Line of Business (LOB).
The Program Manager has prime responsibility for managing development and production programs, while ensuring that program objectives (technical, financial and schedule) are fully met.
This role covers all stages from marketing support (responding to RFIs/RFPs, engaging with potential customers and expanding offerings for current customers), through product development to production deliveries and successful installation and implementation in the field.

Experience and Prerequisites:
At least 10 years of relevant experience in army programs management (Israeli Army, MANTAK, HATAL, Defense industries- combat vehicles programs) or a commanding position in the Army- Company commander and above in Armor, Infantry or engineering corps.
Business development experience in the defense industry, army programs
Program management or system engineering experience.
BA/BSc degree in relevant fields.
Ability to lead in a matrix organizational environment with multiple interfaces
Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable in decision-making in under dynamic and uncertain conditions
Excellent analytical and methodological approach, problem-solving skills
Hands-on, can-do attitude, responsive and be on site.
Good English, verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel to customer and rada locations in Israel on a daily basis.
