In this role, you will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Lead and focus primarily on sourcing top talent for our open positions in Customer Success, GTM, and R&D
What youll do:
* Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, social media, communities, referrals, etc.).
* Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
* Support the recruitment process and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes a significant advantage.
* Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for finding top talent.
