On your day to day In this role, you will provide first-line IT support for software, hardware, and network issues, assist new employees with setup, equipment, and account access, and troubleshoot and repair laptops, peripherals, and common connectivity problems. You will also learn to configure and support tools such as Google Workspace, Identity Provider (IdP), and Mobile Device Management (MDM), while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with the security team on IT security best practices and gain exposure to automation tools and scripting to help improve workflows.
