For the Solaredge's manufacturing site in the north of Israel we are looking for Training & Talent Acquisition Specialist. What will you be doing:
* Manage the org. training platform and be responsible for the maintenance, communication, engagement, and ongoing support.
* Responsible for the HR internal communications.
* Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees.
* Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
* Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
* Support recruitment process end to end, from the position definition till onboarding.
* Partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
* Performs other HR related duties as required.
