We are looking for an experienced SW Engineering Team Leader to join our team. In this position, youll be a crucial part in company-wide software R&D aspects, spanning from full responsibility of the entire Algorithmic Software infrastructure to the production software stacks, high scale/performance and architecture
Responsibilities:
Be a major contributor to our architecture, design, implementation and maintenance.
Leading a scrum team comprised of engineers: backend, frontend, manual and Automated QA.
Work closely with the Algorithms, Data and Support teams.
Constantly maintain and strive to raise own/subordinates coding skills.
Constantly explore and dive into new technologies.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
6+ years of proven hands-on experience in OOP/OOD. (at least 3 years in Python and\or Java)
3+ years in team leading positions.
Outstanding software engineering skills with passion for fast development of high-quality software.
Excellent people skills and a great team-player.
Proficiency in git-SCM (Source Control Management) must.
Hands on experience with modern C++ (11 or later) huge advantage.
Working knowledge with Networking, Linux, Relational/Non-Relational Databases huge advantage.
