Job Description

• Manage and lead a development team of approximately 6 developers.
• Assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and monitor progress and execution.
• Conduct code reviews and provide professional guidance and technical mentorship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Development Team Leader, managing and leading a team of at least 5 developers.
• Extensive hands-on development experience with .NET, SQL, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience leading development teams in complex projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
• Relevant academic degree or formal education in a related field.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work outside regular business hours.
