What Youll Do:
Own and drive the strategy and execution of a core internal product powering the intelligence of our company's systems.
Define product goals, roadmap, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Serve as a go-to expert on product capabilities and status communicating updates clearly across teams.
Write clear product requirements and user stories and work closely with engineering on sprint planning and execution.
Analyze data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and iterate on product features.
Understand how internal users interact with the platform, gather feedback, and translate needs into product improvements.
Regularly present product status and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including leadership.

Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and databases.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams; adept at articulating complex ideas to varied audiences
Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to synthesize complexity into clear narratives.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Ability to interpret complex data; resourceful in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Advantage:
Experience working with teams building AI-based features.
Background in sports-tech, gaming, or real-time data systems.
