Our CRM division is expanding as part of our growing Microsoft-related activity, and were looking for a CRM Systems Analyst to join us in a meaningful and versatile role.
This is a great opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team, work with advanced technologies, and have a direct impact on business and technological processes across a diverse range of clients.
What Youll Do:
* Analyze business needs and define CRM requirements
* Write functional and technical specifications
* Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
* Lead client workshops, training, and UAT sessions
* Support full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in CRM systems analysis preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
* Experience writing detailed documentation: BRD, FRD, and technical specs
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
* Familiarity with integration processes, data modeling, and system architecture an advantage.
