A well-established and future-focused transportation group with growing international operations is seeking a passionate and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in building a new recruitment function focused on the European market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring for diverse roles across multiple European countries, including sourcing, screening, deep-dive behavioral interviews, and offer management.
Lead and guide hiring managers throughout the process, from job scoping and candidate profiling to interview feedback and decision-making.
Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including local HR, global teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors.
Drive sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and recruitment systems (ATS).
Support employer branding efforts across target markets in Europe.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in global talent acquisition, with a focus on European markets must.
Proven knowledge of recruiting processes and market practices in multiple European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, etc.).
Experience conducting behavioral and in-depth interviews.
Strong command of English verbal and written. Additional languages an advantage.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Strong preference for candidates from global, industrial, or complex organizations with multiple roles and stakeholder interfaces.
Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Ability to independently lead complex processes with a strategic perspective.
High adaptability, proactive mindset, and organizational agility.
A collaborative partner, detail-oriented, and standards-driven.
