Location: Israel Role Summary
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will own the delivery of a cutting-edge cybersecurity platform into customer environments. This role blends technical deployment, customer engagement, and field feedback into one high-impact position. You will lead hands-on installations, custom integrations, and enterprise readiness all while representing operational and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute installations of the platform in customer environments (on-prem and cloud). Collaborate with customer security and IT teams to design tailored deployment plans. Ensure deployments meet technical, operational, and security standards. Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and escalate when necessary. Assist in the creation of technical implementation guides and documentation. Provide technical enablement to customers and internal staff. Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal R&D teams. Feed deployment insights into product development and customer success processes. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with cybersecurity products or infrastructure deployments. Proven expertise with firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco). Strong scripting or automation background ( Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise network topologies and cloud environments. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills. Able to manage multiple deployments and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice to Have Experience in Professional Services at a cybersecurity startup or MSSP. Security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, or similar). Experience with customer onboarding platforms or ticketing systems.
