The Head of Training, Knowledge, and Quality Control is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive training, knowledge management, and quality control initiatives across the customer-facing organization.
This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and best practices to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for employee development, continuous improvement, and maintaining high-quality standards.
What will you be doing?
Training & Development
Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
Conduct regular training needs assessments and tailor learning solutions accordingly.
Leverage e-learning platforms, workshops, and coaching to support ongoing development.
Measure training effectiveness through performance tracking and feedback mechanisms.
Knowledge Management
Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base to ensure employees and customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing across teams to drive efficiency and collaboration.
Implement tools and processes that facilitate the easy retrieval and updating of knowledge resources.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on knowledge-sharing strategies.
Quality Control & Assurance
Establish and oversee quality control frameworks to ensure high service and operational standards.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to assess performance and compliance.
Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
Create reporting systems to track quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7+ years of experience in training, knowledge management, or quality control, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs.
Strong understanding of knowledge management systems and quality assurance methodologies.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
Ability to analyze data, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
