An AI-powered marketing tech company based in the heart of Tel Aviv is looking for a Project/Operations Manager. Focused on performance, growth, and automation, they deliver scalable solutions in SEO, content, digital advertising, and Affiliate marketingdriving measurable results across industries.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related fields
Proven experience managing a team minimum 1 year as a team lead or manager
Deep understanding of marketing operations, including workflows, tracking infrastructure, tracking tools, and UTM/URL structures
Proven ability to build, refine, and scale internal processes across teams
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus
Experience working in or alongside paid media teams (Google/ facebook /Bing) is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-speed environment
