Perform in-depth analysis of data collected from multiple sources, such as social media, online forums, representative and non-representative surveys.
Create concise reports and engaging visuals to summarize and present large amounts of information in a clear and actionable manner.
Contribute to the development of best practices, streamline processes, and support the automation and productization of analytical tools.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to complete client requests for deliverables in a timely manner.
Meet clients as necessary in order to understand their needs and present data deliverables during U.S. working hours.
Participate in additional long-term projects with the goal of promoting the team or the company.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience with research, professional services, or data analysis
Native-level English
Excellent writing skills
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization in Excel
Familiarity with SQL and/ or Python
Experience presenting findings to stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced working environment
Experience working in a service-oriented and client-focused environment
Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily and weekly deadlines
