Alomone Labs, a global leader in life science research tools, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our operations team.
This role combines strategic commercial responsibilities across procurement platforms with hands-on involvement in processing and
fulfilling customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage strategic relationships with:
- Procurement platforms
- Marketplaces
- Referral platforms
* Initiate and manage onboarding and supplier registration processes
* Enhance product visibility, performance, and compliance across all commercial channels
* Identify and launch Alomones presence on new procurement platforms
* Handle customer orders: processing, packing, documentation, and shipping
* Respond to customer emails and ensure smooth internal communication
* Assist with day-to-day administrative and logistical operations

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken); fluency in Hebrew is required
* Strong computer skills, especially Excel and digital platforms
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
* Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with export logistics, Salesforce, or ERP systems (Priority) a strong advantage
