Requirements:

Full leadership of the companys operations: engineering, business, operations, and team management Responsibility for pricing, budgeting, profitability (P&L), and strategic business planning Driving growth initiatives and partnerships Working closely with clients, partners, and advanced technology teams Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a business unit or leading a senior engineering/operations function required Strong background and understanding in electronics required Relevant academic degree (Electrical/Electronics/Systems Engineering) strong advantage Significant advantage for candidates coming from defense industries Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and ability to lead and inspire teams Ideal
