CEO - Leading Industrial & Engineering Company

We are seeking a CEO to head a well-established, market-leading industrial company operating under a prominent industrial holding group.

The company delivers complex engineering projects for leading clients in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, food and beverage, and advanced manufacturing industries, combining advanced engineering capabilities, specialized fabrication, and large-scale project execution.

📍 Location: Shfela Region

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Leadership: Driving business strategy, business development, sales, and commercial activities.
• Operational & Project Management: Full oversight of engineering, procurement, fabrication, and project execution across operations.
• P&L Responsibility: Managing budgeting, profitability, cash flow, and building a high-performing leadership team.
• Strategic Growth: Expanding the customer base, entering new markets, and fostering group synergies (including supporting activities in the US).

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Proven Leadership: Experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role with broad P&L, operational, and business responsibility.

✔ Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in business development, complex negotiations, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

✔ Industry Background: Background in engineering, contracting, infrastructure, manufacturing, or complex EPC/project-based environments.

✔ Technical Background (Strong Advantage): B.Sc. in Engineering or relevant technical education.
